People watching and drinking coffee - what could be better than this? Knowing that the school campus is never clean, you take time out of your evening to coordinate a trash pick-up party. You go to the pub with some friends and discuss the new players on your favorite Quidditch team. You settle in to reread your favorite book, claiming a large chair by the fire. You are walking in the woods and you hear panicked shouts and screams in the distance. When you enter the clearing, your friends are about 15 feet away from a hungry Owlbear, what do you do? A measly owlbear is no match for you! You get right up behind the owlbear and suplex it into submission, saving your friends from certain danger. What a big beautiful beast! You know an Owlbear’s favorite food and so you use that to appease it. New pet, score! There's no way you could defeat an owlbear on your own, but you do know how easily they can be tricked. Using an illusion, you make a larger predator stomp out from beyond the trees and the owlbear becomes frightened and runs away. Knowing that the owlbear could easily outrun your friends, you do whatever you can to get the owlbear to chase after you so they can escape. Your speed and agility easily outmatch the owlbear, and it grows tired from chasing you around. Woods? No...you would not see me in the woods. I am normally inside, away from the outside. That's why they invented the inside - to keep the outside...well...outside. You quickly build a trap out of nature’s bounty and use it to capture the Owlbear. When you imagine your eulogy being read at your funeral, you hope they regale tales of your... wonderful taste in foods and the good times they shared with you. Your knowledge of cuisine and your compassionate nature makes you fondly missed. honesty. You eg on the bully away from your friend until they reach the target floor tile and pull the gargoyle's ear. Bye bye bully. quickly get behind some cover and cast an illusion on yourself to look like a professor. You use your newfound status to punish the bullies by having them shovel out the aviary floor. If you had to pick a normal profession and leave your wizarding world behind you. What kind of job would you have? Baker/Chef - There can be so much joy to be had in food, and you know that you could brighten someone's day with their favorite meal. You have a little shop in the middle of town and your customers know you by first name and you are a welcome part in your community. Researcher/Scientist/Inventor- Your ability to link relevant topics together makes you a force to be reckoned with when it comes down to the wire. No one can quite keep pace with you when you are solving a problem or making a connection but people are inspired by your talents. Actor/Athlete/News Anchor - You are charismatic and love putting in the work. You catch the hearts of the people who are captivated by you and love to be a team player. Your quill feather is adorable, you got a charm for the tip of your witches hat, and your books were all thrifted. You’ve never paid much mind to your supplies as long as you’re quidditch gear is good to go and your robes still fit. Someone can always lend you a quil and some parchment. It’s not about money or brands. You’ve done your research and will only buy specific quills, parchment, and cauldrons because you know they are reliable and work best. A lot of your supplies are antique gifts you’ve inherited. Your cauldron is not made of pewter but silver and your quil is accented in gold with the feather of a peacock.
